HD Ready
HD ready (HD-Bereit) ist ein von der Industrie (EICTA – European Information, Communications and Consumer Electronics Industry Technology Association) im Jahre 2005 erschaffendes Label für Geräte, die HDTV Inhalte wiedergeben können. Das „HD ready“-Logo ist zurzeit das einzige herstellerübergreifende Siegel in Europa, das eine Mindestkonfiguration für HDTV-Equipment ausweist.
